By accessing the FPVRush website, installing FPVRush software, joining a beta, flashing firmware, or using any related feature, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use FPVRush.

Use FPVRush at your own risk. RC cars are physical machines that can move quickly, lose signal, crash, overheat, damage property, or cause personal injury.

You are responsible for safe setup, testing, supervision, radio conditions, vehicle condition, battery safety, firmware flashing, and compliance with local laws, venue rules, and manufacturer instructions.

Do not use FPVRush near people, animals, traffic, fragile property, public roads, restricted areas, or any place where loss of control could create danger.

FPVRush may include beta, experimental, or in-development features. Latency, video quality, telemetry, controls, connection stability, device compatibility, and firmware behavior may vary.

You should test every setup in a safe, controlled environment before driving at speed or around valuable property.

You are responsible for choosing compatible hardware, securing phones and boards to the vehicle, checking wiring and power, maintaining manual override where possible, and stopping use if anything behaves unexpectedly.

You are responsible for any vehicle damage, device damage, property damage, data loss, legal violation, injury, or other harm arising from your setup or use of FPVRush.

FPVRush is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We do not warrant that FPVRush will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or vehicle, suitable for racing, suitable for safety-critical use, or free from defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FPVRush, its owners, developers, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including vehicle damage, device damage, property damage, personal injury, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of use, or claims arising from crashes, signal loss, latency, firmware installation, control failure, or use of the software.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limits. In those places, these limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms of Use as FPVRush changes. Continued use of FPVRush after an update means you accept the updated terms.
